Our Role
All Decked Out Charter (“ADO”) operates solely as a Booking Agent, introducing clients to independent vessel owners and operators (“Operator”).
ADO does not own, operate, crew, or manage vessels and does not provide charter services directly.

Charter Contract
The charter contract is formed directly between the Client and the named Operator.
The Operator is the contracting principal and is solely responsible for:
• Vessel operation and seaworthiness
• Crew employment and conduct
• Compliance with maritime law and coding
• Insurance cover
• Passenger safety
• Weather-related decisions
• Delivery and performance of the charter
All operational matters are governed by the Operator’s Charter Terms & Conditions.

Payments
Payments are collected by ADO strictly in its capacity as Booking Agent on behalf of the Operator.
Client funds are received by ADO as agent for the Operator and are remitted to the Operator in accordance with agreed commercial arrangements.
ADO is not responsible for the financial solvency of any Operator.

VAT
All Decked Out Charter is not VAT registered.
Where VAT is applicable to a charter, the Operator is the supplier of the service and is responsible for accounting for and declaring any VAT due.

Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellations, amendments and refund entitlement are strictly subject to the Operator’s Charter Terms & Conditions.
ADO administers communication between Client and Operator but does not determine refund eligibility.

Limitation of Liability
ADO’s liability is limited to its role in arranging and administering bookings.
ADO shall not be liable for any matter arising from the operation, performance, cancellation or delivery of the charter services.
Nothing in this policy excludes liability where prohibited by law.

Insurance
All vessels are insured by their respective Operators.
Clients are responsible for arranging any personal travel or cancellation insurance they consider appropriate.

Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
